Terms of Use — ASAPDF

By downloading, installing, or using the ASAPDF application or web app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. ASAPDF is in active development; features described here and in our marketing reflect current plans and may change before general release.

ASAPDF is a PDF tool for viewing, annotating, filling, signing, and sending documents for signature across your devices. It is a single paid product: one subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, unlocks the entire app on every platform. There is no separate free tier and no per-feature paywall.

ASAPDF is sold as one paid product — there is no free tier. An active subscription or lifetime license unlocks the whole app on every platform: open, view, annotate, fill, and sign your own documents; send documents to others for signature; a saved-signature library; and cross-device sync, all with no watermark. New capabilities are added to the product over time, and we will not remove access to features available under your plan during an active billing period except where necessary for abuse prevention, refunds, or legal compliance.

Upon purchasing a valid ASAPDF Pro license or subscription, Bravely Studios LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Pro features on devices you own or control for personal or business use. You may not share, sublicense, or redistribute your purchase to another person without prior written consent.

ASAPDF Pro is planned to be available via monthly subscription ($9.99/mo, starting with a 7-day free trial), annual subscription ($95.99/year), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($399). The annual and lifetime plans also include access to other premium utilities from Bravely Studios while active or for the life of the license, respectively. Web purchases are processed by our merchant-of-record billing provider, which handles billing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT compliance on our behalf. We do not collect, process, or store payment card details. Mobile purchases are processed by the applicable app store.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If ASAPDF is not a fit, you may request a refund under the following terms: • Monthly or annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge. • Lifetime purchase: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. • After 30 days: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a refund, email jeff@bravely.dev with your order number or Bravely Account email. Refunds are processed by our billing provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method. • App Store (iOS / iPadOS) purchases: Apple processes the sale and owns all refunds under its own policies and timelines. The 30-day Bravely money-back guarantee above does NOT apply to App Store purchases — please request those refunds through Apple directly. Google Play purchases are likewise handled by Google under its own refund policy.

You are solely responsible for the documents you sign, send for signature, and store with ASAPDF, and for confirming that you have the right to do so. ASAPDF provides tools to apply electronic signatures and collect them from others; it does not provide legal advice, and we make no representation that a given signature satisfies the legal requirements of any particular jurisdiction or transaction. Bravely Studios LLC is not responsible for the legal validity or enforceability of any signed document.

You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including to forge a signature or obtain a signature by deception • Attempt to circumvent purchase or activation checks • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where applicable law expressly permits it • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or any part of it • Use the App to send documents to recipients without a lawful basis to contact them

We may revoke your access to Pro features if you violate these Terms, including by sharing your purchase or circumventing activation checks. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or closing your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Pro features ceases immediately. Free-tier functionality remains available unless we terminate your access for abuse or legal reasons.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system version, or PDF file. ASAPDF is in active development and features may change, be delayed, or be withdrawn.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bravely Studios LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for ASAPDF in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
